Mr. Kim is currently doing research at National Technological University, Singapore, in 3D printing for food application specialising in space meals under the faculty of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering. Currently, he is based in Singapore and holds the position of Managing Director in ProXES Asia Pacific. He is responsible for providing B2B processing solutions & technology in Food and HPC applications to clients in the region.

Food scientist Dr. Auengploy Chailangka's work is overseeing the research and development of meat and dairy products, and providing support and management for meat and dairy production lines. Training and transferring knowledge in meat and dairy processing, science, food hygiene, and safety to farmers and SMEs. Her research has also been published in several international journals such as Food Chemistry, LWT, and Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops and Foods. In 2022, she was awarded for her research presentation at the ICAAI conference. Recently, she received the Excellence Research and Innovation Award 2023 from the Department of Livestock Development, Thailand.
