Since joining Stephan in 2007, he specializes in dairy technology and processed cheese. Extensive experience in processed cheese production and process systems for diverse food production processes. He offers education, training, lectures, webinars, and seminars on Stephan process equipment and technology, particularly in processed cheese production. A seasoned process specialist, he has provided valuable support for customer inquiries and trials. His genuine passion and enthusiasm contribute to a positive customer experience.

Frank has started at Stephan Machinery/ProXES for more than 15 years. He was responsible for the Microcut division, in terms of sales and technology, until he joined the application team in 2020. Today, he uses his know-how to support and train the global sales organization and colleagues of the departments in this area. In addition, he has taken over responsibility for the application of the Terlotherm's SSHE together with José Maria Fernandes.

In 2022 he moved to the Applications Department, where he has since focused primarily on the processed cheese and vegan product industries.
